Russian businessman, founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin flatly refused the invitation of the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party, head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky to participate in the solemn part of the rally all Russian parliamentary party.
Prigozhin’s press service published a letter from Slutsky on social networks today, December 7, stating:
“I invite you to visit the solemn part of the All-Russian Gathering of the LDPR, which will be held in the Hall of Columns on December 12, on the day of the 33rd anniversary of the holiday. In recent months you have repeatedly turned your attention to the Liberal Democratic Party. I am convinced that it will be interesting for you to see how our organization works from the inside, get to know the deputies and activists who organize humanitarian convoys for Donbass and buy ammunition for fighters, including Wagner PMC, as well as toast in memory of the founder and first chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party Vladimir Zhirinovsky. The holiday starts at 09.00.
In the Telegram channel, the businessman’s press service published Prigozhin’s comment received by phone:
“In view of the lack of time and a stable connection, I will answer LE Slutsky’s invitation in detail after a while, but I want to inform you in advance that I treat him with the deepest disrespect. Previously, I talked to Slutsky for a long time and know him only from the negative side. I will give a detailed answer after a while.
