More expensive raw materials
SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, but also car manufacturer Tesla, previously warned of the “considerable inflationary pressure” that the company is struggling with. In addition to more expensive raw materials, this also involves higher prices for logistics.
SpaceX already sent a message to Starlink users on Tuesday about the higher prices. “The sole purpose of these adjustments is to keep pace with rising inflation,” the email read.
