KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Samsung has just introduced the Galaxy A32 5G, the first smartphone from the Galaxy A series in Indonesia, which supports 5G connectivity. Previously, Samsung only had the Galaxy S21 line for 5G mobile phones in the Indonesian market.
The Galaxy A32 5G is sold at Rp. 3,999,000 in Indonesia. That means, the Galaxy A32 5G is Samsung’s cheapest 5G phone at the moment.
In appearance, the Galaxy A32 5G is similar to the regular model. It’s just that the screen size is a little wider. The diagonal of the Galaxy A32 5G screen is 6.5 inches, slightly longer than the regular Galaxy A32, which has a span of 6.4 inches. Unlike the regular version, the Galaxy A32 5G uses a TFT screen instead of AMOLED. The screen has Full HD Plus resolution.

This middle class mobile phone has dimensions of 164.2 x 76.1 x 9.1 mm and weighs 205 grams. On the side of the device body, a fingerprint scanner panel is embedded for the security system.
Like its “brother”, the Galaxy A32 5G also carries an Infinity-V screen design or a screen hole in the shape of the letter “V” which is used as the front camera housing. Talking about the front camera, the Galaxy A32 5G has a 13 megapixel (MP) resolution selfie camera with an f / 2.2 lens aperture.
The front camera of the Galaxy A32 5G has a resolution of 20 MP. On the back side, there are four cameras consisting of a 48 MP (f / 1.8) main camera, 8MP ultra wide (f / 2.2), 5MP macro (f / 2.4), and a 2 MP (f / 2.4) depth camera.
There are several camera features that can be used, namely Night Mode, Portrait Mode, Filter Mode with AI, and many others. The Galaxy A32 is “powered by” the Mediatek Dimensity 720 chipset, which is supported by an Arm Cortex-A76 CPU with a clock speed of up to 2 GHz, and an Arm Cortex-A55 with the same clock speed.
For your information, the Dimensity 720 chipset is a Mediatek system-on-chip (SOC) designed to bring 5G technology to mid-sized mobile phones.
In storage space, the Galaxy A32 5G has 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal memory, which can be expanded up to 1 TB. This phone is equipped with a 5,000 mAh capacity battery, which is supported by a 15 watt Fast Charging fast charger.

There are two colors to choose from, namely Awesome Black and Awesome White. The Galaxy A32 5G can be ordered starting May 26, 2021 in Indonesia, and there will be flash sale which will be held until May 30.
