Jakarta, Selular.ID – After many have predicted the price of the successor to the PlayStation 4 (PS 4), now Sony has officially announced the selling price of the PS 5. This information was conveyed by Sony through an event entitled “PlayStation 5 Showcase” virtually, Thursday (17/9) this morning.
As Sony previously said, the PS 5 comes in two models. First, PS 5 The Standard Edition, which is equipped with a disc drive slot, is sold at a price of 499 US dollars or the equivalent of IDR 7.3 million. While, PS 5 The digital edition without a disc drive is priced cheaper, at US $ 399 or Rp.5.9 million.
Both models will be launched on November 12 in the United States, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea. Then, a week after that, Sony is ready to release globally all over the world.
In a separate upload, Sony said the PS 5 can be obtained by pre-order. The technology company said that users can order it starting September 17, United States time.

To follow pre-orders is not difficult. Prospective buyers only need to register on Sony’s official website by including their email and PlayStation Online ID.
Furthermore, Sony will send an email in the form of an invitation containing the PS 5 pre-order form.
“Pre-order registration will be processed on a first come first served basis, so once you receive an email, we recommend that you immediately follow the instructions and act quickly,” said Sony.
This is because the PS 5 is only available on a limited basis. So, not everyone who has filled out the form can pre-order.
Also note, Sony only accepts orders with addresses located in the US. In other words, delivery to Indonesia is still not available.
