This increase will affect the purchase price of applications and in-app content (in-app purchases) on the App Store. However, subscription prices for services like Apple Music and iCloud are not affected by this new policy.
Apple itself in Indonesia is one of the companies considered to have met the criteria for being a taxable entrepreneur (PKP). Therefore, Apple is required to pay VAT at 10% of the price excluding tax.
