British Frederick Adamson was born in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England and moved to Conisbrough when he was 6, together with his father who went to perform in the coal mine. He served with the Kings Individual Yorkshire Mild Infantry (KOYLI) throughout Earth War II. That device was element of the British Army and officially existed amongst 1881 and 1968, but its predecessors date back again to 1755. Frederick Adamson became a soldier on February 15, 1940. Right after essential schooling, he remained in Iceland for above two several years until finally to August 1942. The KOYLI took element in Procedure Overlord, which is the code title of the significant-scale landing on the Normandy coastline on June 6, 1944. Frederick also went to war in France.
