The health benefits of apples are many and known, as they are full of fiber and vitamins, but eating them every day has many side effects, as mentioned by “livestrong” and “onlymyhealth”.
1- Increased risk of heart disease:
Apples contain a large amount of fructose, which is a type of sugar that enters the body, and its accumulation leads to the production of triglycerides in the body, which are responsible for heart problems.
2- Gaining more calories:
While apples are a healthy fruit and also a great snack, they contain more calories, and the average apple contains between 90 and 95 calories, so eating more of it daily prevents weight loss.
3- Flatulence and flatulence:
Because apples are rich in fiber, eating a lot of apples can lead to unpleasant side effects, and excess fiber too quickly can cause bloating and gas, and eating too much fiber can also affect your body’s ability to properly absorb minerals and vitamins.
4- loose stools:
Most of the fiber in apples is soluble fiber in the form of pectin, although the apple peel also contains a good amount of insoluble fiber.The high fiber content in apples can lead to digestive problems, including loose stools. And diarrhea.
5- stomach pain:
Eating more apples daily causes a slight pain in the stomach, due to their high content of fiber, as digesting fiber can lead to the accumulation of gases in the digestive system, which leads to stomach pain and cramps.
6- Sensitivity:
Eating apples daily causes allergic reactions. Symptoms include itching around the lips and mouth, swelling of the lips and tongue, itchy and watery eyes, and sneezing.
7- High blood sugar:
Apples, especially apple juice, can increase blood sugar levels, so watch your blood sugar carefully if you eat apples daily and have diabetes.
