Finally. After months of procrastination, Marlène Schiappa kicked off the new National Strategy for the Prevention of Delinquency for the next four years on January 16 in Orleans. During this visit without any other member of the government, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Interior, in charge of Citizenship, recalled the main orientations of this document expected for three years and formalized by a circular of December 23: the priority given minors from an early age, assistance to victims and vulnerable people, the key role of the population and territorial governance.
