1. Do foot care regularly

People with diabetes must be diligent in monitoring their feet, if necessary every day because the slightest injury can have an impact on the appearance diabetic foot which leads to complications.

2. Walking on the grass

3. Always use footwear

Use proper footwear. Avoid wearing heels or pointed-toed shoes. Choose shoes that are soft and comfortable, which are easy to wear anywhere.

Shop for shoes at night as the foot size increases slightly at night and avoid buying shoes that are too tight.

4. Avoid using compresses

5. Do not sit cross -legged or cross -legged

Do not sit cross-legged for long periods of time. Make it a habit to prevent sitting cross-legged because it interferes with blood flow and also increases the risk of varicose veins and pain in the lower body.

Similarly, when sitting in a chair, do not sit with your legs crossed/concentrated because it can block blood flow.

6. Don’t take off your shoes
