Preventing cholelithiasis, which affects 1 in 10 people, simply by improving dietary habits

It is said that there are many cases of cholelithiasis among patients who visit the emergency room because of a feeling of bloating, bloating, and abdominal pain. Cholelithiasis refers to the formation of stones in the gallbladder or bile duct.

It is different from urolithiasis that occurs in the kidney or urethra. Cholelithiasis is a common disease that affects 1 in 10 people, and it can occur anywhere bile flows.

In severe cases, it may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting, or digestive disorders, as well as nausea. Fever, cold, trembling chills, and in severe cases, jaundice symptoms appear.
