As is well known, a disease affecting livestock, the FMD virus (Diseases of the mouth and nails), has recently been spreading in Indonesia. The virus that attacks the immune system of cattle starts with symptoms of a nose that continues to drain, then the cattle’s appetite tends to decrease. So, if not treated immediately, the virus will quickly attack the cattle’s mouth, tongue and nails. Most cattle that have been attacked with their mouths and hooves will most likely die.
