Month Ramadhan just counting the hours, all Muslim communities in the world will begin to perform worship fasting. Just like the previous year, this fasting service coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course, a person must pay more attention to his physical condition so that he does not fall sick while fasting.
One of the important things to do is to make sure the body is not dehydrated. Because most parts of the human body consist of water. Meanwhile, the human body system requires a lot of water in order to function properly.
During the month of Ramadan, the amount of community fluid intake may be limited due to fasting. But apart from water, there are other ways that you can do to meet the water content in the body every day.

Summarizing from the official Instagram page for Volunteer Coordination @ Task Force Volunteers, Monday (12/4/2021), one way to meet water intake in the body is to consume various fruits that contain high water content. Besides being useful for fulfilling fluid intake in the body, these fruits also have a delicious and refreshing taste.
“Fulfill your body fluids, along with fruits with high water content, including watermelon, strawberry, cantaloupe, oranges, and cucumbers,” wrote the upload.
By fulfilling adequate fluid intake, a person can fast smoothly without fear of illness. In addition, the community is also encouraged to remain disciplined in carrying out 3M health protocols while fasting. Among them are washing your hands with soap and running water or hand sanitizer, keeping your distance, and always using a mask.
