To prevent cancer, Ben suggested doing some tips according to the advice of the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kemenkes).
“We just follow from the Ministry of Health. That was, SMART, yes,” he said. SMART itself, quoting Ben, is an abbreviation of several tips to prevent cancer.
“C is routine health checks. This also includes early detection of cancer,” he continued.
After that, the letter E is get rid of cigarette smoke. “We don’t smoke, the environment doesn’t smoke either. We also stay away from associations that expose us to cigarette smoke,” he explained.
Furthermore, the letter R means diligent sports. “It doesn’t have to be high level (intensity) exercise, but having physical activity is better than no activity at all,” he explained.
Do a Balanced Diet and Get Enough Rest
Furthermore, Ben revealed the next tip, namely a balanced diet and adequate rest.
“The D is a healthy (balanced) diet. There are many types of cancer related to obesity,” he explained.
“The letter I stands for adequate rest, and the K stands for managing stress,” he continued.
According to Ben, when following these six tips, a person is several steps further ahead in preventing cancer than before.
