Pressure from the League on incentives for large green appliances

“We are working on the bill on incentives for the purchase of large, highly energy-efficient household appliances. We are talking about around 400 million euros a year for at least 2.5 million Italian families.” This was stated by Alberto Gusmeroli, deputy of the League and President of the Productive Activities, Trade and Tourism Commission, speaking on ‘Conti in Tasca’, a program hosted by Sergio Luciano on Radio Giornale Radio. “I have brought the process to the Commission, in the next 2-3 months we will look for the money to make the League’s bill operational”, he added.

Without forgetting that the recycling of old household appliances is an industry in which Italy is a leader. Therefore families would be helped but also Italian industry and economic growth.”
