Facts: On August 1, 2024 at 8:30 p.m. the UEFA Europa League qualifying match between SK Rapid and Wisla Krakow will take place at the Allianz Stadium.
The Vienna police will have several hundred officers on duty tomorrow to ensure that the sporting event and the inflow and outflow of visitors run smoothly. Due to the expected number of visitors, traffic disruptions are also to be expected. As part of the operational planning, a security area and a search warrant have also been issued.
Security area and search warrant:
The security authorities issued a search warrant for the game in accordance with Section 41 Paragraph 1 of the Security Police Act. Access to the venue is only permitted to those people who allow their clothing and any containers they are carrying to be searched.
In addition, the area around the stadium is defined as a security area according to Section 49a of the Security Police Act.

Traffic measures:
Traffic delays are expected around the Allianz Stadium and on Wientalstrasse and Hadikgasse when arriving and departing. Due to limited parking spaces, all visitors are requested to arrive at the stadium in good time using public transport.
During the influx and outflow of visitors, closures of Linzer Straße, Deutschordenstraße and Keißlergasse may be necessary.
