The Ministry of Health, Public Hygiene and Universal Health Coverage recorded, on Sunday February 27, 2022, 11 new cases of Covid-19 out of 2,347 samples taken, i.e. 0.5% of positive cases, 38 cured and a death.
As of February 27, 2022, Côte d’Ivoire therefore has 81,478 confirmed cases including 79,854 people cured, 793 deaths and 822 active cases for a total number m of 1,416,634 samples.
On February 26, 20,362 doses of vaccine were administered, making a total of 10,189,300 doses from March 1, 2021 to February 26, 2022, according to the press release from the Minister of Health, Public Hygiene and Universal Health Coverage which invites all people over the age of 18 to be vaccinated at vaccination centres.
