The attention of Local Authorities is drawn to the press release of 18 June 2024 concerning the presentation of reports, a requirement expressly provided for by Article 158 of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), for the following financing lines:
In this regard, we inform you that the attachments containing the list of reports still to be sent to date have been updated and can be consulted at the bottom of this press release.
Interested entities are invited to read what was previously communicated and to promptly send the missing reports by the dates indicated in the attachments below (18 December 2024, indicated in the Excel spreadsheet as the deadline “DECEMBER 2024”, and 18 June 2025 , indicated as deadline “JUNE 2025”) and in the attachments of the press release of 18 June 2024, in order to comply with the obligations established by current legislation.
