On Wednesday afternoon (August 9th) there was a crash on the L256 near Linz am Rhein: According to the police report, a 68-year-old woman from Rheinbrohl drove the L256 in the direction of Linz and wanted to turn left onto the K 10 towards Dattenberg. Here she overlooked the oncoming car of a 55-year-old man from Ohlenberg.

Linz on the Rhine. The 55-year-old tried to avoid the collision and collided with a car belonging to a driver from Leubsdorf that was waiting at the intersection. Property damage occurred. Nobody was injured. (PM)
