The president turned to the electorate of the Confederate candidate. – We do not share much with Mr. Krzysztof Bosak. We agree on many things. In many cases, they would like it to be faster, more radically and definitely. These are the rights of youth, but the goal is common: a strong, safe Poland – assessed Andrzej Duda.

– I have no doubt that the voters of Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz look at the Polish family and the village as I see it, I have no doubts about it. – Politicians cannot forget about the Polish countryside, it is an extremely important part of Polishness, it is a powerful part of the economy – said Duda.

He also talked about Left voters. “My heart is also in my heart when I look at reprivatisation fraud,” the president confessed. “I’m defending these people,” he added.

Andrzej Duda reminded that during the PO rule the retirement age, taxes and unemployment were high. “They didn’t care about how an ordinary person lives,” he said. – That’s what these elections are for, this is the second round of elections. – Mr. Trzaskowski, vice-chairman of the Civic Platform denies what his party did (…) These are the choices about whether Poland will be rolled up – he continued.

– Remember what happened in 2015. There was a fiery war in Ukraine. We brought NATO troops to our country. I made this matter so that people could live peacefully – said Andrzej Duda. In his opinion, Poland currently has the best relations with the United States in history.

At the end Duda said that he immediately starts on the campaign route, for the next meeting with voters, already at 22:30. He mobilized the participants of the election evening to vote in the second round. – I need your support, come to meetings, I want to hear your expectations, please. I believe that this is the realization of the essence of democracy: listening to people – he said.

Very high turnout

This year’s election has a very high turnout. We do not know the results of the full vote, but according to exit poll Ipsos is 62.9 percent.

By 17:00, the PKW informed the turnout was 47.89 percent. This result is higher than in the presidential election five years ago and in last year’s elections to the Sejm at the same time of day.

The highest turnout by 5pm as far as voivodships are concerned: Mazowieckie (51.17 percent), Lesser Poland (50.27 percent) and Podkarpackie (49.19 percent). The smallest attendance at 17 o’clock was recorded in the following voivodships: Opolskie (42.32%), Warmian-Masurian (43.06%) and Kuyavian-Pomeranian (45.51%).

In the presidential election in 2015, the turnout at 17 o’clock was 34.41 percent. and finally amounted to 48.96 percent. In 2010, at the same time, 41.57 percent went to the ballot boxes. Poles. The final turnout in the election 10 years ago was 54.94 percent.

In last year’s elections to the Sejm, the turnout at 17 o’clock was 45.94 percent. The final turnout in those elections is 61.74 percent.
