Libreville, August 18, 2023 (AGP) – The platform Alternance 2023 appointed, this Friday August 18 in Libreville, the Independent candidate, Professor Albert Ondo Ossa, as its consensual candidate, during a meeting this Friday, in the presence of other leaders and personality of the said platform.
It is since Thursday, August 17, 2023, that the work-study platform has come together to designate who will carry the torch of the single candidacy. The wait has been long and opposition supporters impatient.
At the end of a long process, it was at the beginning of the evening, this Friday August 18, 2023, that the verdict fell. Pr Albert Ondo Ossa is the consensual opposition candidate.
Around him, Alexandre Barro Chambrier, who received the support of Bertrand Zibi and today Jean François Ntoutoume Emane.
Also, the candidate of the National Union (UN), Paulette Missambo, supported by the party the Democrats, of Guy Nzouba Ndama, former president of the National Assembly.
Finally, Raymond Ndong Sima, Thérence Gnembou Moutsona, and Mike Jocktane, all decided unanimously to join forces to look in the same direction.
The announcement was made by the Chairman of the Reagir Party, Mr. Ndong Obiang.
This announcement was followed by the reaction of the consensual candidate. The latter has promised the Gabonese measures that will change the country if he is elected. Following the example of retirement pensions, which he said will be paid in the three months following his election.
