“According to the declaration, the income of the president and his family members amounted to 12,423,008 million hryvnias (293,531 euros), including income from the sale of state bonds – 7,455,972 million hryvnias (176,169 euros),” said the report published by the press service of the presidential office.
Representatives of the office also indicate that the income of the Zelensky family in 2023 consisted mainly of salaries, bank interest and income from real estate rental. In total, this amount reached 4,967,036 million hryvnias (117,361 euros).
It is indicated that the increase in revenue compared to 2022 is due to the renewal of rent payments.
The president’s office also informed that the balance of the Zelensky family’s assets decreased by almost 2.8 million hryvnias or around 66,150 euros at the end of last year.
“There were no other significant changes in assets, real estate, vehicles, etc. in 2023,” the report said.
