President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine does not attack Russian territory, because it is not interested in this and it does not have the time and extra weapons. He stated this during a joint press conference with Scholz.
“As for attacks on Russian territory, we are not attacking Russian territory. We are liberating our rightful land. We are not interested in this, we do not have the time, energy and extra weapons,” Zelensky said.
He noted that Ukraine focused on preparing counter-offensive actions for de-occupation in accordance with international law and the Constitution for the de-occupation of a purely Ukrainian territory recognized by international law.
