A significant part of the meeting was devoted to “a set of issues on which our soldiers – and the entire society – expect fair answers.”
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that today’s meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Headquarters was important and difficult.
About it we’re talking about on the website of the head of state.
“Today I held an important, rather difficult meeting of Headquarters. Not only in the situation at the front now, although this was, as always, one of the main points,” he said.
Situation at the front
The meeting discussed the defensive and offensive actions of Ukrainian defenders in various directions.
“Avdeevka, Donetsk direction, Maryinka, Kupyanskoe direction, southern directions,” Zelensky said.
Questions of mobilization, rotation and conscripts
The president also added that a significant part of the Headquarters meeting on November 24 was devoted to “a set of issues on which our soldiers – and the entire society – expect fair answers.”
We are talking, in particular, about mobilization, demobilization, rotation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the issue of “conscripts” who were called up for service before the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
Operation of VLK and military satellites
Particular attention at the meeting was paid to the situation with the work of the Military Medical Commissions and territorial centers of recruitment and social support (TCC and SP).
“What the soldiers are talking about, what the commanders are talking about, must be decided,” Zelensky emphasized.
The President said that at Headquarters there were the first reports of Commander-in-Chief General Valery Zaluzhny, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, Internal Affairs Minister Igor Klimenko, Health Minister Viktor Lyashko, and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergei Shaptali.
“I expect a more meaningful study of each of these issues – both by the government and the military – and specific proposals for government solutions,” Zelensky said.
Let us remind youon Friday, November 24, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte.
Zelensky said that during a conversation with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, they discussed efforts to maintain unity in Europe, as well as the importance of providing constant military and financial assistance to Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression.
