President Torpiùbella, ‘they won’t stop us with a coffin’

(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 25 – Two raids on the headquarters, night-time insults and finally a coffin in front of the headquarters of the Torpiùbella association founded by Tiziana Ronzìo, already decorated with the order of merit of the republic for her anti-mafia activity in Tor Bella Monaca, one of the neighborhoods of the capital with the highest crime rate. “These are stupid gestures – explains Ronzìo – which the authorities are already investigating, but they will not stop us, on the contrary they will make us even more angry and willing to fight”. Although he admits that the coffin found in front of the building and near the garbage bins: “It destabilized us a bit, but above all it is the last episode of 25 heavy days in the month of August. At night people drive by on scooters at crazy speed in front of the door, do wheelies and shout insults. They broke into the headquarters twice, once they stole some objects, the second time they limited themselves to tearing down the banners with the words ‘Enough degradation’ and ‘We won’t stop'”.
