President Radev defined the request for the resignation of the Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a purge. At the same time, the prosecutor’s office announced that they were discontinuing the investigation into the photos from Boyko Borisov’s bedroom.
“Today, the prosecutor’s office says “there are no bars, there are no such photos”. The washing machine worked well. They said it to themselves – they will wash Borisov – they did it, they will wash Peevski – and that’s what they did. The coalition is a disgusting thing. It is the most terrible and unprincipled something – for 3 years you grow up sowing hatred against a political force and today you sit down to govern with these people. They are taking out an external enemy – the president who took out these people. Kiril Petkov was the prime minister and a minister appointed by the president,” commented the co-chairman of VMRO Alexander Sidi in the studio of “Day ON AIR”.
His expectations are that the Electoral Code will be “touched” after the summer vacation of the deputies.
“Peevski plays him as a separate figure. Borisov can throw in the towel at any moment when he decides that it is profitable for him. Since these people are in charge, the fuel continues to rise, Borisov promised that when he returns to power, he will overthrow him by 1 BGN, and we are talking about whether the president is good or bad,” said Sidi.
In his words to Bulgaria ON AIR, the next step could be the impeachment of the president.
“They need an external enemy to explain this disgusting assembly”, the co-chairman of VMRO was categorical.
He emphasized that relations with the RSM are not a priority for the government at the moment.
“Serbia and Macedonia are talking about a fast train connection with EU money, and they are not members. We have already sold our interest, if they include the Bulgarians in the Constitution, we can do nothing more for their European integration,” said Sidi.
