Pérez has exposed the process for the certification of Benidorm as the first Smart Tourist Destination, a process that began in the fall of 2015, which reached its goal in December 2018, and which continues to be permanently reoriented in pursuit of achieving the best city to live in as a premise to be the place to come on vacation.
