President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is still on a working visit to the National Capital Region (IKN) of the Archipelago, East Kalimantan. On this second day there are a number of agendas that await.
Quoted from the Cabinet Secretariat page, Friday (22/9/2023), today Jokowi will inspect the construction site for the President’s Office at IKN as well as install the first Garuda module.
After that, Jokowi will head to the State Palace construction area to carry out inspections and plant trees. Followed by going to the construction area of the national football training center to lay the first stone or groundbreaking.
Next, Jokowi is scheduled to do groundbreaking Abdi Waluyo Hospital. After that, he will inspect the minister’s home and the Axis of Nationality area.
After performing Friday prayers at the mosque in the workers’ residential area, Jokowi will head to West Axis and witness the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Pertamina and the IKN Authority.
In the night, Jokowi will witness a music performance entitled ‘Night of Archipelago Appreciation’. The number one person in Indonesia is scheduled to return to spend the night at IKN to continue his working visit tomorrow.
