Well, this good fortune is being experienced by Civil Servants (PNS) or State Civil Apparatus (ASN) today.

After this Eid holiday they were spoiled by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) through Government Regulation Number 21 of 2023.
The latest regulations will come into effect starting April 26, 2023 or after the Eid al-Fitr 1444 H holiday.
If you look at the latest civil servant working hours and working days, civil servants have a very flexible and short time.
It is explained in PP Number 21 of 2023, that the latest PNS working hours are 37.5 hours.

Such hours of work shall apply for the duration of one working week and excluding breaks.
In fact, the working hours of employees in general are 40 hours for five days, excluding breaks.
As for the working hours of civil servants, the PP has set it at 07.30 according to the time zone of each region.
Regarding the working day of civil servants, it is set from Monday to Friday every week, and they will still get a day off on working days if there is a red date or a national holiday.
Thus, the working hours and working days of the newest civil servants are considered very efficient, less than eight working hours per day for five working days.
The 13th Salary of PNS Disbursed in June 2023
On the other hand, President Jokowi also officially confirmed that the salaries of the 13 civil servants would be disbursed in June 2023. This was stated in Government Regulation Number 15 of 2023.
