Jakarta – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) follows the daily search process for Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz, son of the Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil who went missing in the Aare River, Bern, Switzerland, and has ordered all relevant levels to help as much as possible.
“I follow the daily, we have ordered the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the embassy, we will help as much as possible,” said the President at the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit, Ancol, Jakarta, Saturday (4/6/2022).
The president also said that he had contacted Ridwan Kamil directly, one day after MasculineEmmeril’s nickname, was declared missing on May 26, 2022. He expressed his deep condolences because Eril had not been found.
“Indeed, until now it has not been found and I have also conveyed my deepest condolences to the Governor of West Java, Mr. Ridwan Kamil and the entire family, hopefully they will be given sincerity and patience in dealing with them,” he said.
Eril was declared missing on May 26, 2022 while swimming in the Aare river while swimming with his sister and friends. The Indonesian government through the Indonesian Embassy in Switzerland and also the Swiss government immediately tried to find Eril. Ridwan Kamil and his wife and family participated in the search for Eril.
