As he said yesterday during an activity with the employers of the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC), today he said in Cerro Navia that as a Government they are available to listen to the alternatives of the private sector “particularly the isapres”. He added that the government wants to “ensure the continuity of treatment for all users in the private sector” and “that the system has solvency, but this is in compliance with the law and we are very clear on this.”
Boric recalled that “there were people (executives of this industry) who said that the isapres could not afford to incorporate sick people” and “here is a responsibility that is important for them to assume.”
