President Biden Promises Support for Holocaust Victims and Condemns Anti-Semitism in Powerful Speech

US President Joe Biden spoke at an official ceremony in Washington to celebrate the victims of the Holocaust. The American leader recalled the connection between the Holocaust of the Jewish people and the events of October 7, 2023.

“The hatred of the Jews is deeply rooted in the hearts of many. Therefore, it is necessary to be careful. After not 75 years, but only seven months, people began to forget about the terrorist attack of Hamas. I did not forget. And you have not forgotten. We will not forget,” said the president.

“I see your fear, your pain. And I want to assure you, as your President: you are not alone. You will always be part of the American nation. I am firmly committed to the security of the Jewish people, the State of Israel and its right to exist.

“My administration is working hard to free the remaining hostages. We will not rest until we bring everyone home. And we will use the full power of the federal government to protect Jewish communities. But this is not just a government effort – I’m calling on all Americans to come together against anti-Semitism,” said Biden.
