The Institute of Security and Social Services of State Workers, IMSS-Bienes-tar, the Coordinating Commission of the National Institutes of Health and High Specialty Hospitals and the Ministry of Finance (SHCP) will also participate.
The measure represents a change in the procurement processes of inputs for the health sector, which since 2019 were in charge of the SHCP, the defunct Institute of Health for Wellbeing and for two years in collaboration with the United Nations Office of Human Services. Projects and, in 2024, the Biological and Reagents Laboratory of Mexico (Birmex).
