Success is finally at the rendezvous. On the night of Saturday to Sunday, as part of the NBA preseason, the Atlanta Hawks went to win on the floor of the Memphis Grizzlies (87-91). A success that comes after two first setbacks that marked the start of the preseason. However, the debates were particularly balanced and until the end of the meeting, it was the locals who were still ahead (84-79). But, thanks to a 3-12, the visitors therefore reversed the trend to be able to win, under the leadership in particular of their top scorer of the day, namely Bogdan Bogdanovic (16 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists ).
All is well in New York …
Success also for the New York Knicks, whose lights therefore remain green. This time, the franchise has won outside, on the floor of the Washington Wizards (99-117). If, at the beginning, the debates were then rather tight, the visitors rather quickly took control in this meeting. However, at the start of the third and penultimate quarter, the Wizards were still ahead (60-59). But it was the last time. From then on, New York then gradually increased its lead to end up winning, well led in particular by the top scorer of this meeting RJ Barrett (18 points, 1 rebound, 4 assists).
… and in Boston
As with New York, the lights are green for the Boston Celtics. With a short but no less precious victory against the Toronto Raptors (113-111). Here again, the debates were therefore necessarily balanced. Corn, in the fourth and last quarter, even if the visitors then came back tied, twice and each time at the end of the match (109-109, 111-111), they never managed to get back in front, as was still the case at the very end of the third and penultimate quarter (85-86). Boston, for this, was able to count on Jayson Tatum (20 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists).
