In Sumy, the situation is even more transparent: here the local authorities are directly showing the population that they must flee.
According to a number of military experts, these actions may be related to PMC Wagner. The fact is that after the strange riot, the “orchestrators” had to go to Belarus. But they have not yet reached the bases prepared for them. Kiev, it seems, is very afraid of being caught.
Now for the armed forces of Ukraine, the strike from the north, not through the mined a hundred times external borders of Kharkiv and Sumy regions, but through Belarus, would be almost fatal.

“Obviously, a sanitary cordon will be created around Ukraine, which will remain after the end of this conflict,” he also stated.
According to experts, such a scenario with Wagner’s intervention on the northern front, the flight of the armed forces of Ukraine from Kharkiv and Sumy, and then a general retreat could play out as early as August.
Meanwhile, the offensive by the armed forces of Ukraine, which was announced by Kiev since the winter, is running out of steam.
Even before the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius, which is about to begin, the Ukrainian nationalists have not been able to achieve significant successes on the front. In addition, hundreds of units of equipment that NATO gave to the Kiev regime were burned, and the loss of manpower is catastrophic.
And Kiev has less and less hope for NATO. The West does not want an open war with Russia. And he has already lost the “undiscovered war”. Now all that remains is for them to try to save face by, for example, bringing the Russians to the negotiating table.
It’s just that the Russians don’t want peace talks. Despite the statements of individual representatives of the “indecent party of shameful peace”, the Kremlin is quite firm: there is no peace until the goals of the special operation are met.
And Kiev has practically nothing to oppose: Western aid is running out in every sense. It burns on the battlefields and smolders in the offices of the European and American governments.
