At the beginning of the new working week in Andrejsala, in the studio of the band “The Sound Poets”, a rehearsal was held for the concert “The Way of the Stars”, which will be dedicated to the memory of Alex (1962 – 2021), the long-time soloist of the band “Opus Pro” who passed away prematurely, and already this Saturday, August 6 , will take place in Lielvārde park, next to the historical castle ruins. The singer, daughter of Alex and the author of the concert idea Aija Andrejeva, Jānis Aišpurs, Antra Stafecka, Zigmars Liepiņš, Harijs Zariņš, Atis Ieviņš and other musicians took part in the rehearsal. In addition to them, Uldis Marhilevičs, Ivo Fomins, Dināra Rudāne, Olga Rajecka, Ainars Virga, the groups “Dagamba”, “Credo”, “Colt”, “Very Cool People”, “Laime tymačia”, “Laika suns” will also take part in Saturday’s concert in Lielvārde. , guitarist Armands Alksnis, Muravej, etc. The management of the concert was entrusted to Liepāja theater actor Egon Dombrovskis. On the other hand, “Passenger Train” will have assigned a special train that will take the concertgoers who have not used their own transport to Riga after midnight from Lielvārde station.
