Slovak hockey defender Mário Grman is fighting with an injured hand, he wanted to go to the national team preparatory matches for Dresden. Saturday’s duel with Germany (3: 2) did not finish, but he believes that he will travel to Finland at the World Cup.

Grman resigned from the match in the last period, his hand ached after one of the fights. “It held up completely, but I was in pain in the morning and I got hit in the fight behind the goal. I got an injection and I believe it will be good at other meetings.” stated the Slovak defender.
He believes that he will go to the World Cup, but he has to heal the injury one hundred percent. “I believe I will go, I want to go very much. I’ve had a lot of injuries during the season and I believe it will be good. “
The Slovaks triumphed twice in Germany, but they did not dazzle in the second match in particular. “It’s still just training, but it’s good for self-confidence. But we have to learn from mistakes and we have to eliminate them in training. But that’s exactly what training is for.” added Grman.
In Saturday’s duel, the coaches criticized the players for a bad game in the defensive zone. “We’ve complicated our lives there several times, we still have to play the hockey we want to play,” Grman said.
The Slovak defender was also close to the goal, but in the first period he only shot a shot. “I was just trying to throw it in because I can’t really lean on the shot, so it was a coincidence. But the guys shielded it well and that’s why it ended.”
