In addition, this device automatically starts when it detects that the user is walking and running, whether outdoors or on an exercise machine.
Xiaomi Watch S1 Active also maintains enhanced health and fitness tracking for comprehensive awareness, including SpO2** blood oxygen saturation tracking, female health monitoring, and enhanced sleep monitoring. The device is compatible with Strava and Apple Health apps.
