The concert was composed by “Dance and Song Foundation” – the author of the idea Edvards Cīrulis and directors Juris Gogulis and Jānis Romanovskis with the Wind Films team, gathering about 160 participants in beautiful places in Latvia – Cēsis, Āraiši, Jelgava, Rundāle, Ludza, Liepāja, Bertāni, Grobiņa and Riga.
University of Latvia dance ensemble “Pērle”, Riga Construction College dance ensemble “Austris”, Jelgava city municipality institution “Kultūra” folk dance ensemble “Lielupe”, VEF Culture Palace folk dance ensemble “Zalktis”, Riga Culture and Folk Art Center “Mazā Ģilde” dance ensemble “Daiļrade”, Liepaja University folk dance ensemble “Banga” and musicians Lauris Valters and Ilze Rijniece.
In the concert recording, well-known personalities – Lolita Ritmanis, Guntars Račs, Māris Muktupāvels, Jūlija Brauere, Andris Freidenfelds, Katrīna Dimanta, Olga Dreģe, Emīls Balceris, Nora Ikstena, Juris Binde, Dzintars Dreibergs and Jānis Aiš In Latvia and what it means to be Latvian.
