Premiere of New Series “Produkts” with Sanda Dejus, Toms Harjo, and Korean Artists

The premiere of the series “Produkts” took place – and at the end of the day the actors – Sanda Dejus, Toms Harjo, Henrijs Arājs, Telma Auziņa, Ilze Pukinska, Markus Riva, Dante Pecolli, Intars Rešetins, Hwije Im – creators, cooperation partners and media representatives gathered at the presentation event.

While enjoying noodle soup and Korean traditional kimchi, the audience had the opportunity to watch the first episode together and see what was found in the banana load. The hosts of the event, Rūdolfs Kugrēns and Edgars Bāliņš, joked not only about the creators of “Produkta”, but also about other Latvian television series during the roast. The highlight of the event was karaoke – Gangnam Style performed by Hwije Im.

The series is about an event that Maria experiences. She works a mundane and monotonous job in an Asian warehouse. Until one day, she sees several boxes of a product that will change her entire life forever.

The series will have a total of 10 episodes. The next two new episodes will be offered to viewers every next Thursday.

The main director of the series Alberts Viegliņš and the producer Kristians Alhimionoks have created the series “Big Fools”, “Viss Norm”, “Jaunais Norm”, which have won widespread recognition among young people. In the main roles – Valmiera Drama Theater actress Diāna Krista Stafecka, one of the main actors of “The Missing” Henrijs Arājs, actor of the film “Sēklis” and New Riga Theater Toms Harjo, actress Telma Auziņa. Sanda Dejus, Ilze Pukinska, Dante Pecolli, Marija Grauba, Markus Riva and others in episodic roles. Author of the scenario – Artūrs Dīcis. The author of the music is Kristaps Strubergs.
