Salah assisted Luis Diaz’s goals in the first half and scored himself after the break.
“I had a good summer, a lot of time to think positively, that this is my last year at the club and I want to enjoy it. I play football with freedom, we’ll see what happens next year. Nobody at the club has talked to me about a contract,” Salah said after the match.
The winger joined Liverpool from Roma in 2017. In 2019, he won the Champions League with the Reds, and the English championship the following season. In 266 Premier League appearances, he scored 160 goals.
