Premier League: Haaland hat-trick, Manchester City poker. Arsenal also win

An unleashed Haaland, author of a hat-trick, leads Manchester City to a comeback (4-1) at the Etihad against newly promoted Ipswich. The Norwegian responded to the initial lead of the visitors scored by Szmodics, levelling the scores in the 12th minute from a penalty then, after De Bruyne’s 2-1 in the 14th minute, scored a brace in the 16th minute before sealing the scores in the 88th minute. Arsenal also remain at full points after two matchdays, victorious (0-2) in Birmingham against Aston Villa thanks to goals in the second half by Trossard (67′) and Partey (77′).

Brighton beat Manchester Utd in 95th minute

Joining the two big teams at the top for now is Hurzeler’s surprising Brighton, who, after defeating Everton 3-0 at home in their first match of the championship, defeated Manchester United (2-1) in injury time (95′) thanks to a goal by Joao Pedro. Previously, the Red Devils had responded with Diallo to the initial advantage scored by the former Welbeck.

Poker del Tottenham all’Everton

Poker (4-0) also for Tottenham at home against Everton: the winners were Sono (two goals), Bissouma and Romero. With a flash of brilliance from Gibbs-White, Nottingham Forest conquered (0-1) Southampton, while Soucek and Bowen gave an away victory (0-2) to West Ham in the derby with Crystal Palace. Finally, Fulham defeated Leicester 2-1 with goals from Smith Rowe and Iwobi. The temporary equaliser from Faes was not enough for the Foxes.
