El Ghazi scores for winning Villa

sport">Aston Villa has extended the good run of results. The Birmingham club beat Crystal Palace 3-0. Aston Villa took ten points from the last four games and rose to seventh place. The Birmingham team played one or two games less than the other clubs and could therefore rise a bit further.

sport">Anwar El Ghazi took the third goal on his account. The Dutch attacker shot the ball hard and high through the inside of the post into the goal fifteen minutes before the end. It was El Ghazi’s fourth goal in the Premier League this season. Ten minutes before El Ghazi’s goal, Kortney Hause had made it 2-0.

sport">Crystal Palace was unable to take advantage of a surplus situation. The team of coach Roy Hodgson played a man more in the second half, because Aston Villa defender Tyrone Mings received his second yellow card shortly before half time. Former Ajax player Bertrand Traoré had put Aston Villa ahead in the 5th minute.

sport">El Ghazi played at Aston Villa until the 86th minute. At Crystal Palace, Orange international Patrick van Aanholt filled the entire game. Jaïro Riedewald came on in the 69th minute.

Chelsea visiting Arsenal
