English Premier League 2020/2021 has determined kick-off date. The top European competition starts on September 12, 2020 and finishes on May 23, 2021.

“Premier League shareholders agreed today that the 2020/2021 season will start on September 12,” said the official Premier League statement.

Later the start of other local English competitions such as the FA Cup and the English League Cup will be discussed further, related to when the most appropriate time to start. Meanwhile the Premier League transfer window this summer opens on July 27 and finishes on October 5.
English Premier League 2019/2020 raised Liverpool as champions and Manchester City as runners-up. The remaining two tickets to the Champions League will still be contested in Week 38 by Manchester United, Chelsea and Leicester City.
