VIVA – The Russian military unit occupying the Zaporizhzhia region is believed to launch a preemptive attack against the Ukrainian forces that are trying to seize Zaporizhzhia.
As is known, Zaporizhzhia is one of the targets of the Ukrainian military counter-offensive operation besides Yuzhnodonetsk and Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
The former Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major General Serhiy Krivonos, expressed his apprehension about the situation.
According to Krivonos, Russia’s military preparations in Zaporizhzhia are of a very high status. The Russian troops continued to work relentlessly, from digging the trenches to heating up the engines of the artillery systems.

This two-star Ukrainian general said that the Russian army was just waiting for Ukrainian troops to come, and would immediately destroy them.
“Right now our enemies, day and night are like flies,” Krivonos was quoted as saying VIVA Military from Russian News Agency, RIA Novosti.
