Kochi: Malayalee cricketer S Sreesanth’s comment went viral on social media a few days after the IPL star auction ahead of the 14th season. Sreesanth’s comment went viral following a post by Preity Zinta, owner and actress of IPL team Punjab Kings. Sreesanth, who returned to active cricket after a long absence, was hoping to return to the IPL this time around with a star auction. However, Sreesanth failed to make the final list for the star auction.
Sreesanth had made it clear that he would not back down despite being dropped from the IPL star auction list. Meanwhile, following Preity Zinta’s post, he expressed his interest in playing in the IPL half-heartedly and half-jokingly.

Sreesanth’s response below this post. Not one, the star responded to Preity Zinta’s post with a bunch of comments. When asked who the players would like to see in the Punjab Kings jersey this time, the player commented, ‘Sreesanth’. He then left another comment. ‘I am not on the list for the star auction. But you can choose me. ‘ – Another comment by Sreesanth. Sreesanth started his IPL career with Kings XI Punjab, now renamed Punjab Kings.
