First new version after the pandemic break
How AndroidPolice reported, the consortium suspended a version update in 2020 due to the Covid 19 pandemic and only made minor corrections with version 13.1. Version 14.0 will introduce completely new character codes and new emojis for the first time. Messenger providers can use this to implement their own versions.
