Prefabricated apartments have been very popular for years. These properties sell out quickly, and in Warsaw, Wrocław and Kraków, 22 percent of flats are those built at the height of the Polish People’s Republic, according to an analysis by HRE Investments.

According to Bartosz Turk, the chief analyst of HRE, prefabricated flats are usually distinguished by a lower price, good location and developed infrastructure, which are the most important advantages of housing estates.

“They sell out quickly”
In Warsaw, there are so many concrete blocks from the communist period that they still contain as much as 22 percent. apartments existing in the capital – we read in his analysis.
