Xiaomi launched Mi 11, the flagship with the first Qualcomm® Snapdragon ™ 888 and started pre-orders on Tuesday (23/3). Smartphone it is also known as “Movie Magic” because it has a number of cinematic video features.
Mi 11 can be obtained by pre-ordering starting March 23, 2021 from 00.00 WIB on online channels, namely Shopee and Mi.com. Visitors who come directly to the Authorized Mi Store can also place orders starting March 23 by paying a down payment and paying off the rest when pick up.
The Mi 11 has a 108MP main camera arranged in a triple-camera system, dual speakers specially tuned by harman / kardon, a screen with ultra-high resolution WQHD +, as well as 55W wired and 50W wireless charging.
One of the advantages of Mi 11 is claimed to lie in its video camera which can help users to get cinematic videos like a reliable director.
The main camera uses a 108MP sensor with seven lens elements (7P) as well as 4-in-1 Super Pixel technology which helps the camera smartphone catch more light.
The ultra-wide camera is capable of recording with a viewing distance of up to 123 degrees from the front of the lens with an f / 2.4 aperture so it can still be used in most lighting scenarios.
Meanwhile, the 5MP tele-macro camera helps users to record anything that happens 3-10cm in front of the lens. For the front camera, Mi 11 has a sensor with a resolution of 20MP.
Mi 11 also prepares camera effects that can be activated with just one touch. With artificial intelligence technology, these features will make it easier for users to create cinematic effects that generally can only be achieved with an intense and time-consuming editing process.
In one view, the user only has to choose the effect you want to create and the camera immediately adjusts to produce an image, a total of six cinematic effects that can be created immediately with Mi 11, namely magic zoom, time freeze, parallel world, freeze frame, night time-lapse, and slow shutter.
Magic zoom, for example, is able to produce a zoom effect on an object while the background expands. This effect is often called the vertigo shot which was first used in Alfred Hitchcock’s “Vertigo”, which shows the emotions of the actor.
Similarly, time freeze which brings up a combination of moving images and still images in one frame.
The slow shutter effect brings out images with slow shutter speeds to produce a dramatic image to bring out a detail in the scene. Freeze frame effect, produce creative effects that can be uploaded on social media and gain praise and amazed comments.
Mi 11 introduces the Ultra Night Video feature which allows users to record videos in dark conditions.
Mi 11 will come in 2 color variants, namely Midnight Gray and Horizon Blue at a price of IDR 9,999,000 (8GB + 256GB).
