Pre-Open: US Futures Lower; focus on Bank of America earnings

Pre-opening moves

US stock futures are trading in the red in early trading ahead of the regular trading session after the Nasdaq fell 2 points in the previous session. Investors await earnings results from Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC), The Charles Schwab Corporation (NYSE:SCHW), Hunt Transport Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:JBHT) y The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (NYSE:BK).

The April Housing Market Index is scheduled for release at 10:00 ET. The president of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, James Bullard, will give a speech at 16:00 ET.

Dow Jones Industrial Average futures fell 78 points to 34,280, while Standard & Poor’s 500 Index futures fell 17.75 points to 4,369.75. Nasdaq index futures fell 78.50 points to 13,815.25.
