Pre-Load for Bethesda’s Starfield Begins, but with Limited Content Downloaded

The release of Starfield is approaching. It turned out that it is already possible to slowly start downloading the new Bethesda

Starfield is expected to release on September 6 (or a little earlier for premium editions), but pre-load is available in early August. However, very little will be allowed to download.

Users say that you can download about 300 MB of Starfield. It is supposed to be just a launcher. Also on the screenshot you can see the Old Mars Skin Pack add-on weighing 16.9 MB.

For comparison, in Starfield system requirements indicated 125 GB of free space on the drive.
